Media from Brighton & Hove Museums Collections

Brighton & Hove Museums welcomes the use of images from their collections. They have made photographs and digital reproductions available for re-use where possible. These can be downloaded directly in various sizes, and a search function is provided to find specific images. The service is free, but donations are appreciated to support the museum's work. However, images will only be supplied if the work is out of copyright or the museum owns or manages the copyright. The museum's Intellectual Property Rights & Reproduction Policy provides more details on copyright management. Note that images from the Regency Society's James Gray collection are not available through the museum and should be requested directly from the Regency Society. The Digital Media Bank is the platform where these images can be accessed, and it includes a range of collections. Additionally, some images are available through Art UK, where a range of products featuring the museum's collection can be explored.
