Experience our exhibitions in a new light with Yoga in the Gallery. This 60-minute flow session, suitable for all levels, is designed to calm, inspire, and uplift. Led by Alli Stevenson, this is a unique opportunity to improve your practice in the tranquil surroundings of our exhibition spaces. Every few months we will change location to another one of our exhibitions to keep our practice fresh. From November, sessions will take place in The Ravilious Collection on the first floor. Please arrive 10 minutes before class starts for a chance to chat and get comfortable in the space. Please bring your own yoga mat and a blanket for Savasana. Alli Stevenson is a registered senior yoga teacher, who runs yoga classes in various locations on the South Downs, as well as running unique mini yoga retreats throughout the year. Participants of all ages and abilities are welcome to this yoga class in the galleries at Towner.
